The person hired for the proposed position will be responsible for technical support for existing and potential customers, conducting implementations and trainings of offered IT products.
Preparing offers and orders for IT equipment
Technical support for users – solving current problems
Installing / reinstalling the client and server systems
Installing and configuring software
Basic activities associated with AD (adding users, creating network shares, empowerment
The basic steps for Exchange (creating mailboxes)
Support anti-spam filter PolicyPatrol
Diagnosing hardware problems
Maintaining existing infrastructure – performing maintenance work
Regular back-up SQL databases and VM
Testing and deployment of dedicated software
Reporting hardware problems under warranty and after-warranty
Record-keeping (a list of users, licenses, hardware)
very good knowledge of Windows system administration desktop (Vista / 7/8)
very good knowledge of issues related to the analysis of hardware problems occurring in laptops, desktops and servers
knowledge of Windows server systems administration (2008/2012)
knowledge of network issues (routing, firewalling)
knowledge of network services and protocols (smtp, pop3, imap, http, ftp)
knowledge of system security
knowledge of virtualization technology (especially in terms of product Hyper-V)
