Creates a band ending before upperBound, or an unbounded final band.

Parameters

upperBound System.Double? requiredposition: 0
A finite exclusive upper bound, or null for the final band.
color ChartForgeX.Primitives.ChartColor requiredposition: 1
The color for every value in the band.
label System.String? = null optionalposition: 2
An optional band name shown with its interval in legends.
