Reduces an ordered point sequence while retaining its source-index mapping.

Parameters

points System.Collections.Generic.IEnumerable{ChartForgeX.Primitives.ChartPoint} required
The ordered source points.
maximumPoints System.Int32 required
The maximum number of rendered points. Must be at least three.
mode ChartForgeX.Core.ChartDecimationMode required
The deterministic reduction algorithm.

Returns

A reduction result that reports exactly what was retained.
