Gets HEIF container metadata without decoding image pixels.

Syntax

Get-ImageHeifInfo
[-FilePath] <String>
[<CommonParameters>]

Parameter set: All Parameter Sets

Description

Returns brands, primary item information, item types, EXIF presence, and image dimensions when declared by HEIF item properties.

Examples

Inspect a HEIC file

Get-ImageHeifInfo -FilePath photo.heic

Parameters

-FilePath String requiredposition: 0pipeline: True (ByValue): Path to the HEIF or HEIC file.

Common Parameters
