Gets the XMP metadata packet from a HEIF or HEIC file.

Syntax

Get-ImageHeifXmp
[-FilePath] <String>
[<CommonParameters>]

Parameter set: All Parameter Sets

Description

Returns the UTF-8 XMP packet when the container declares an XMP MIME metadata item.

Examples

Read a HEIC XMP packet

Get-ImageHeifXmp -FilePath photo.heic

Parameters

-FilePath String requiredposition: 0pipeline: True (ByValue): Path to the HEIF or HEIC file.
