Creates radial gauge chart data item.

Create radial gauge

New-ImageChartRadial -Name 'CPU' -Value 75 -Color Orange

Parameters

-Color ChartColor optional: Gauge color.
-Name String requiredposition: 0aliases: Label: Label for the gauge.
-Value Double requiredposition: 1: Value for the gauge.
