Create step-area data

New-ImageChartStepArea -Name 'Capacity' -Value 4,8,7 -Color Green

Parameters

-Color ChartColor optional: Area color.
-Name String requiredposition: 0aliases: Label: Label for the area.
-Value Double[] requiredposition: 1: Y values for the area.
