Description

Use this cmdlet to create SEPA payment QR codes for European bank transfers.

Examples

Create a basic Girocode payment QR

New-ImageQRCodeGirocode -Iban 'DE12500105170648489890' -Bic 'COBADEFFXXX' -Name 'Evotec GmbH' -Amount 12.34 -FilePath giro.png

Creates a payment QR code with the core SEPA transfer fields.

Create a Girocode for invoice payment

New-ImageQRCodeGirocode -Iban 'DE12500105170648489890' -Bic 'COBADEFFXXX' -Name 'Evotec GmbH' -Amount 249.99 -RemittanceInformation 'Invoice 2026-041' -FilePath invoice-payment.png -ForegroundColor DarkBlue -PixelSize 14 -Show

Generates a branded invoice-payment QR code and opens it after creation.

Parameters

-Amount Decimal requiredposition: 3: Transfer amount.
-BackgroundColor Color optional: Background color of the QR code.
-Bic String requiredposition: 1: BIC of the payee.
-FilePath String requiredposition: 5pipeline: True (ByValue): The image format is inferred from the file extension.
-ForegroundColor Color optional: Foreground color of QR modules.
-Iban String requiredposition: 0: IBAN of the payee.
-Name String requiredposition: 2: Recipient name.
-PixelSize Int32 optional: Pixel size for each QR module.
-RemittanceInformation String optionalposition: 4: Optional remittance information.
-Show SwitchParameter optional: Opens the image after creation.
