Parameters

-ConfigPath String requiredposition: 0: Path to the governance JSON configuration.
-IssuerId String required: Issuer ID from App Store Connect API keys.
-KeyId String required: Key ID associated with the private key.
-MaximumChanges Int32 optional: Safety bound for one convergence run.
-PrivateKey String optional: Private key text in PEM format.
-PrivateKeyPath String optional: Path to a private key file in PEM format.
-TokenLifetimeMinutes Int32 optional: Token lifetime in minutes, up to 20.
