Our goal is to legal assistance and effective implementation of actions for the victims of minority shareholders of energy companies.The initiative brings together disadvantaged persons in the process of consolidation of the electricity sector, which in the years 2009 – 2010 signed a share exchange with the State Treasury. Victims shareholders exchanged their shares in coal mines and power plants for shares in Tauron Polska Energia SA, PGE Górnictwo & Energia SA, PGE Energia SA and Energa SA. The aim of the Wspólna Reprezentacja of a judicial investigation for shareholders of victims compensation from the State Treasury unfair conditions for the conversion of shares. The project is developing very dynamically. Currently covers more than 20 000 victims of shareholders, the total value of the claim for damages exceeding PLN 760 million. The number of people interested in a judicial investigation of their rights under the Project is increasing. The project enjoys is also a large support from the trade union organizations. The project is widely commented in the media, both regional and national. Articles on the project were published, among others, Gazeta Wyborcza, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, Parkiet, Puls Biznesu, Gazeta Financial Onet.pl, forsal.pl and radio stations – on channel Polish Radio.
